Business Continuity

Consultation to highlight likely problems, suggest ways of reducing disruption to the core business and provide training for airline or airfield staff

How would the loss of access to your premises affect your business? What about the loss of ‘key’ staff or large scale system failure?  An effective business continuity plan would ensure that in the event of these risks striking your business, you will be able to continue to trade while the situation is resolved. Plans need to be thorough and clear, and should be regularly exercised  to test and review them. Amendments should be made regularly to adapt to changes in both business and staffing situations.

Deaconhall Consulting have extensive experience in business continuity planning and development – Brian Deacon developed and reviewed the Engineering Department’s business continuity plans for a major airline over 10 years and his plans were successfully used in incidents of staff loss, denial of access to facilities and system failure.

Deaconhall Consulting can provide:

  • Assessment of likely business continuity failures
  • Provision of individually tailored business continuity plans
  • Training for staff – to increase awareness of the issues, provide rehearsal exercises and increase commitment to and understanding of business continuity plans.
